Aoife Slattery Ceramics offers you an easy way to purchase quality, unique Irish gifts online. Our aim is to provide a high standard of design, craftsmanship and customer service to meet your needs. All the products listed on this website are designed and handmade in Ireland.

Each ceramic piece is carefully and securely wrapped using eco friendly packaging. Each package comes with a business card giving details of the provenance of the piece. Please let us know in the comment box section at check out if your purchase is a gift and we will package your item(s) in a gift box if available. We do not include a receipt in the package unless requested. We aim to be as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible with all our gift packaging.

We pay special attention to the packaging of all our orders taking great care to get your purchase to you. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping please contact us immediately with a photograph of the damaged goods and a replacement item will be sent.

Please note that as the work is handmade there will be slight variations from stock photos. Each piece is unique, no two the same.

Processing time: As we are a small business please give 2-5 business days to process your order. Please let us know in the comment section at the check out if you order is urgent and we will do our best to dispatch sooner.

We use An Post registered post service for Ireland, United Kingdom and Europe. This offers you peace of mind as you can track your parcel in transit.

*Please note that estimated delivery duration in countries outside of Ireland are delivery duration estimates to the country not to the delivery address. Please allow for extra time for your postal service to process your delivery.

All postage weight up to 10KG is accounted for on our online store. Please contact us directly should you expect to exceed that weight and we’ll do our best to find the most affordable means of delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please note we don't accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Aoife Slattery Ceramics is not responsible for delays due to customs.
